Terms of Service
Last updated: October 29, 2026
By downloading, installing or playing Tap & Build ("the game"), you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the game.
1. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. The game is licensed, not sold.
2. Fair play
You agree not to:
- Cheat, hack, exploit bugs or use modified versions of the game.
- Use bots, scripts or automated tools to play.
- Manipulate or falsify leaderboard scores.
- Interfere with the servers or with other players' experience.
We may remove scores or suspend access obtained through any of these means.
3. Display names
If you submit a score, you choose a public display name. It must not be offensive, impersonate someone else, contain personal information about others, or promote illegal activity. We may remove names that break this rule without prior notice.
4. Purchases
The game is free to play, with optional in-app purchases that unlock content or conveniences. All purchases:
- Are processed by Google Play and subject to its payment and refund policies.
- Are final, except where the law or Google Play's policy requires a refund.
- Are tied to the Google account used for the purchase.
Purchases never grant real-world money, prizes or transferable value. Virtual items have no cash value.
5. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. We don't guarantee that the game will run on every device or that online features (leaderboard, cloud save, market) will be available without interruption.
6. Data
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy. Cloud saves are a convenience, not a backup service: keep in mind that uninstalling the game may remove your local progress if cloud save is not enabled.
7. Intellectual property
The game, its art, sounds, text and code belong to us or our licensors. These terms don't transfer any ownership to you.
8. Limitation of liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of progress or virtual items, arising from the use of the game.
9. Termination
You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are broken.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new version.
