Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the data linked to your game at any time. We process every request within 30 days.
What we can delete
- Cloud save — the copy of your progress stored on our servers.
- Leaderboard entry — your display name and submitted scores.
- Device identifier — the ID used to link the cloud save.
- Usage and crash data — analytics events and crash reports tied to your device.
What we can't delete
- Local progress — it lives on your phone, not on our servers. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data removes it.
- Purchase records — Google Play keeps them, and we must keep the accounting record for the period the law requires.
- Aggregated statistics — counters that no longer identify anyone.
How to request it
1. Open the game and go to Settings → About to copy your device ID. If you can't find it, tell us your leaderboard name instead.
2. Send an email to the address below with the subject "Data deletion" and include the device ID or the display name.
3. We reply to confirm what will be deleted and when. Deletion is irreversible: your cloud save can't be recovered afterwards.
Before you ask
If you only want to reset your game, you don't need to write to us: uninstalling the app or clearing its data does it locally. Writing to us is for removing what's on our servers.
